I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms definitely need some touching up, but they were always clean every day. The room was so nice with a walk-in shower, a huge bath, and a separate toilet area. I appreciated the plenty of plug sockets for charging my phone and the thoughtful amenities like a kettle, hairdryer, robes, and slippers.

The service was exceptional! Not only were they super friendly, but they could also speak Malay, which was a pleasant surprise for me as a Malaysian. They took care of everything from room service to tours and ticket assistance.

My girlfriend and I had an amazing stay at this hotel for her birthday. The rooms were incredibly spacious and well-equipped with a lovely firm mattress, great AC, and even a huge bath. The service was top-notch, especially from Tak who arranged a late checkout for me to relax by the pool before my flight. The location was perfect, away from the hustle and bustle but still close enough to access everything easily. The dining experience was good with a variety of choices. Overall, a fantastic place to stay.
